When organizations roll out testing across many teams, leaders need to know how the rollout is landing: who’s contributing, where adoption is taking hold, and which teams need more support. The account-level engagement dashboard answers those questions by showing every tracked change made by users across your account, broken down by user and activity type.
Use the dashboard to identify your most active contributors, spot teams that need more support, and export the data to share progress with stakeholders.
Accessing the dashboard
The account-level engagement dashboard is only accessible to workspace owners with account admin permissions. To open it:
- Open the workspace dropdown and click on your company dashboard.
- Select an account.
- Click the Engagement tab.
To get access, ask an existing account admin in your organization to add you. Admins can be assigned from the Billing tab of the account dashboard.
Filter the view
Use the time period selector to set the window for all metrics on the dashboard. To search for specific contributors, use the search field to filter the user table by name or email.
