If you need help debugging test runs or troubleshooting configuration issues, the mabl Support Team is available to assist. By default, support access is enabled in new workspaces.
Managing support access
Workspace owners can manage support access at any time from Settings > Workspace:
- Enabled: mabl Support Team members can enter your workspace to investigate issues.
- Disabled: mabl Support Team members cannot access your workspace.
Permissions and billing
Keep in mind the following when support access is enabled:
- Editor permissions: mabl Support Team members have the permissions of a workspace editor. You can use resource groups to further restrict access to protected resources.
- No credit usage: Any test runs triggered by the mabl Support Team for troubleshooting purposes do not count against your quota of allotted credits.
Reviewing Activity
You can monitor mabl Support actions in your workspace’s activity feed. Look for email addresses ending in @mabl.com with an accompanying support badge to indicate that they are part of mabl Support.
While the activity feed is not an exhaustive list of all possible activities, more detailed audit logs are available upon request to mabl Support.
