Workspace editors and owners can now choose different login credentials or HTTP basic auth credentials for a single ad hoc plan run, from the Configure plan run panel on the plan details page. Use it to check a plan against another user role or a rotated test account without editing the plan and changing it back afterward.
Try it out
- On the plan details page, click on the down arrow next to the Run button and select "Configure plan run".
- Under Credentials override, select the Credentials, the HTTP basic auth credentials, or both. To create new credentials without leaving the panel, click Add credential.
- Click Run now.
The selection applies to this run only. The plan's saved settings don't change. To use different credentials for individual tests in every run of a plan, set a test-specific override in the plan settings, as described in working with credentials.
