We've added two small enhancements to make it easier to trace and audit work done by the mabl agent:
- Original plan on task details: review the plan that you collaborated on with the agent before generating the test
- Agent generated tag in test version history: spot which test versions were co-authored by the agent at a glance.
Original plan on task details
The task details page for an agentic test authoring task now includes an Original plan section, where you can review the original Test outline that you collaborated on with the agent before generating the test. Use this section to recall what you asked for, share context with teammates, or compare your original intent against the resulting test.
Simple tests that were generated without a Test outline do not include an original plan.
"Agent generated" tag in test version history
Test versions co-authored by the mabl agent now appear in the test's version history with an "Agent generated" tag, making it easy to distinguish agent contributions from manual edits.
These updates do not apply retroactively. Only tests generated from May 21, 2026 onward include the original plan and "Agent generated" tag.
