Available in all workspaces, application summaries describe what a web app does based on associated test definitions and output. And they're especially helpful when working with the mabl Test Creation Agent, providing more context so that the agent can suggest more appropriate steps. Learn more.
Natural language scenario selection for DataTables
We’re happy to introduce another option for running DataTable scenarios: natural language scenario selection! With natural language scenario selection, you can describe which scenarios should execute at run time. This option is especially helpful when working with large, frequently updated DataTables. Enhancements
GenAI Assertions in local CLI runs
Starting with mabl CLI version 2.82.10, you can trigger local and CI runs of tests that contain GenAI Assertions. During the promotional period, local CLI and CI executions can run GenAI Assertions at no additional credit cost. Learn more.
Test Creation Agent improvements
We made a significant refactor to the mabl Test Creation Agent in Desktop App v2.39.0. Improvements include more reliable test generation and better handling of complex UIs, among other enhancements. Preview AI models for visual find
In addition to enabling preview AI models for agents, you can also opt into preview AI models for visual finds from the mabl Labs page. When enabled, mabl automatically uses preview models that improve the performance or reliability of visual finds as they become available. Learn more.
Performance enhancements
As a result of several recent performance enhancements, teams working in larger workspaces will see significantly faster load times across different pages in the app. Learn more.
DataTable UX enhancements
To support more efficient data management, we recently improved the UX of the DataTable create/edit page to include scenario filtering, CSV replacement, and bulk scenario deletion, among other updates. Learn more.
Export list of users as CSV
Export a list of workspace users as a CSV file directly from the mabl app! Go to Settings > Team and click Download CSV to export the name, email, and role of all members. Learn more.
Changes
MS Teams integration update
Microsoft is ending support for Office 365 Connectors after March 31st, 2026. If your organization uses the Teams integration, please ensure that it is migrated to Microsoft's new Workflows solution to avoid service interruption. Learn more.
Bug fixes
General
- Fixed an issue where workspace summary emails would display the most recent failed plan run instead of the most recent plan run regardless of status.
- Fixed an issue that prevented users with a viewer role from filtering results in the mabl app.
- Fixed an issue that caused the Run plan button to be disabled on the plan details page.
- Fixed an issue where editing a field on a filtered DataTable caused the DataTable editor to remove the filter.
- Fixed an issue where changes made to rows other than the first row were not saved when using the expand button on a filtered DataTable.
Test creation
- Fixed an issue with saving Configure Find settings for extract element property steps.
- Fixed an issue with targeting the correct area in visual find click steps.
- Fixed an issue where the Trainer recorded multiple enter text steps for the same action.
- Fixed an issue with file uploads during training.
- Fixed an issue with API test editor network configuration when using "Block SSO" for browser tests.
- Fixed an issue with "Block SSO" functionality on Windows.
- Fixed an issue with editing API steps in the Trainer.
Test execution
- Fixed an issue with resolving the app.url variable in some assertions.
- Fixed an issue where starting local runs failed with a workspace error.
- Fixed an issue where plan configurations to run specific DataTable scenarios ran all scenarios instead of the selected ones.
