GenAI Test Failure Summaries GA

Use GenAI Test Failure Summaries to speed up the troubleshooting process. Available as part of the advanced AI add-on, failure summaries generate a succinct summary of why the test failed based on output logs, so you can spend less time isolating bugs and more time fixing them. Learn more.

Semantic search for flows

Sometimes searching with keywords is hard. With the new semantic search feature for flows, you can skip the guesswork of finding the right search terms and use natural language queries to identify flows based on what they accomplish.

UX polish

We resolved over 50 UX tickets to bring you a better experience in the mabl app. Recent UX enhancements include bulk step copy and step search in the mabl Trainer. Find out more details about these enhancements here.

Recent improvements to resource groups

Enjoy these two recent improvements to resource groups:

  • Assign roles in bulk directly from the resource group details page.
  • Use the activity feed to track when users have been assigned or unassigned resource group roles and when resources have been added ore removed from the resource group. 

"await_completion" for Azure Pipelines integration

The mabl extension for Azure DevOps now supports the "await_completion" flag. You can use this option to configure your pipeline to wait for all triggered mabl test runs to complete before moving on to the next task. Learn more.

Bug fixes

General

  • Fixed an issue that caused deleted workspace members to appear in the bulk add modal

Test creation

  • Fixed an intermittent issue that caused mobile training sessions to time out during initialization.
  • Fixed an issue with saving JSON to a variable in mobile tests.
  • Fixed an issue with GenAI Test Creation that would cause errors for users with certain Desktop App proxy settings.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented the full database schema from getting sent to the model to generate GenAI DB Queries.

Test execution

  • Resolved an issue with using variables in enter text steps in mobile tests that resulted in an Element not found error.
  • Fixed an issue with asserting on values that contained a string of numbers greater than 8 digits.

Test output

  • Fixed an issue with correctly rendering steps in API test output when the test included the setNextRequest() method.
  • Fixed an issue with PDF export for test output.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented step filters from working after watching test output live.
  • Fixed a caching issue that caused test output to show an incorrect failure reason.
  • Fixed a bug that was causing an error message to be displayed on failed test output instead of generating a failure summary.
  • Fixed an issue with mobile test output displaying an incorrect test start time.
