User setting

The application filter is a user setting. This setting persists between sessions and only affects an individual user's settings, not the entire workspace.

Filtering your workspace by application can be helpful in the following scenarios:

  • You only want your workspace to show plans, tests, and results from the application that you're currently working on.
  • You want to filter out plans, tests, and results from an application that you don't regularly work with.

The application filter is not supported for the Insights page. Additionally, workspace reporting via email or the Slack or Teams integrations is not filtered when the application filter is active.
