Workspace owners can now archive the custom failure reasons their team no longer uses, restore them later, or delete them permanently, from Configuration > Failure reasons. The main list shows only active reasons, so it stays short as your team's categories change.
Archiving replaces the option to disable a custom failure reason. An archived reason no longer appears in the failure reason picker, and the mabl agent stops assigning it, but runs already classified with it keep the label.

Go to Configuration > Failure reasons in the mabl app:
- To archive a custom failure reason, click the archive icon on its row.
- To see archived reasons, click the View archived reasons icon next to the custom reason count.
Other workspace members can view the archive, but only owners can restore or delete them. Deleting a failure reason can't be undone. Past runs classified with a deleted reason show "Unknown" instead of its name.
