Runtime Recovery Refresh is no longer limited to the accounts the mabl team turned it on for. Every account can now use it, and you no longer need to ask your customer success manager to enable it.
Turn it on per plan
Whether a run reloads the page and retries a failed step is still up to each plan. In the Advanced section of the plan edit form, set Runtime Recovery Refresh to one of three modes:
- On reloads the page and retries a failed step. A retry that passes lets the test carry on and finish as passed.
- Refresh, but fail the test at the end reloads the page and retries the step, and the test still ends as failed.
- Off reports the failure right away, without reloading.
Plans start with the mode off, so nothing about your runs changes until you pick a mode and save the plan. Plans that already have a mode keep it.
Find reloaded steps
The Runtime Recovery Refresh step filter in browser test output is now available in every account as well, so you can pull up every step mabl reloaded, whether or not the retry passed.
