Your workspace activity feed records changes to tests, plans, credentials, and, since last month, Link Agents. But some things can't be tracked at the workspace-level, including company-scoped API keys, admin privileges, and SSO connections. Now, admins can track those changes in a new activity feed in the account dashboard.
What it tracks:
- API keys created at the company level: when a key is created, changed, or revoked.
- SSO connections: when your connection is set up or reconfigured.
- Account admin changes: when someone is granted or loses the account admin role.
Any activity that is specific to a workspace stays in that workspace's activity feed.
Account admins only
The company activity feed is only available to account admins. To get access, ask an existing account admin in your organization to add you.
Try it out
- Expand the workspace dropdown in the top right corner of the mabl app and click on your company under Manage company.
- Click Activity feed in the sidebar.
- Expand Filters to narrow the feed by event type, entity type, user, or date range.
