If your team uses Xray results reporting, you can now get notifications in Slack or Microsoft Teams whenever a plan's results fail to sync. Instead of manually checking Xray to see if a Test Execution is missing, you can review the exact error from Xray and retry the sync right from the Slack/Teams message.
The Xray sync failures toggle only appears if your workspace has an Xray sync integration connected, and it's on by default there, so you don't need to do anything to start receiving these messages. If you'd rather not get them, turn the toggle off in the integration's notification settings.
Try it out
You configure this from your existing Slack or Microsoft Teams integration, so make sure the one you want is connected first.
- In your workspace, go to Settings > Integrations and open your Slack integration or Microsoft Teams integration.
- In the Other notifications section, check that Xray sync failures is toggled on (it is by default).
- Save the integration.
