When you send the mabl agent to build or edit a test in the cloud, it works on its own while you move on to something else. Now you can get a Slack or Microsoft Teams message the moment a session reaches a point that needs you, so you no longer have to keep it open to check on its progress.
You choose which outcomes to hear about:
- Ready for review — the agent finished and your test is ready to look over.
- Needs input — the agent reached a decision only you can make.
- Failed — the session stopped because of an error.
Each message links straight to the session so you can jump back in with one click, and it makes clear whose session it is. In Slack, mabl @-mentions the person who started the session, so they're pinged directly even in a busy channel. In Microsoft Teams, where @-mentions aren't available, the card names them in a Created by detail instead.

You configure these notifications on your existing Slack or Microsoft Teams integration, so make sure the one you want is connected first.
- In your workspace, go to Settings > Integrations and open your Slack integration or Microsoft Teams integration (or add one if you haven't connected it yet).
- In the Agent session notifications section, turn on the outcomes you want: Ready for review, Needs input, and Failed.
- Save the integration.
Notifications are off by default, so you only get the ones you opt into.
