Account admins can now see who's contributing to your mabl account and what they're working on with the new Engagement tab in the account dashboard!
The engagement dashboard breaks down activity per user across five categories: test authoring, test maintenance, data setup, plans and orchestration, and workspace configuration. Use it to identify your most active contributors, spot teams that need more support, and export as a CSV to share with stakeholders.
Accessing the dashboard
The account-level engagement dashboard is only accessible to owners with account admin permissions. Open the workspace dropdown in the mabl app and select your company dashboard:
Select your account and click on the Engagement tab.
To get access to the account-level settings, ask an existing account admin in your organization to add you. Admins can be assigned from the Billing tab of the account dashboard.
Understanding the metrics
Each row in the user table totals up the changes one user made in the selected time window, grouped into the five categories. To see exactly what counts toward each metric, hover the help icon on any summary tile or column header.
These metrics only count changes, such as authoring a test, updating a flow, or editing a credential. Test runs are not included.
Export the data
To share the data with stakeholders, use the CSV export to download the current view, including any active search filter and the selected time window. The file contains one row per user with all category counts, ready to paste into a spreadsheet.
