With the latest version of the mabl app, you can now track changes to DataTables in the activity feed! Reviewing your team’s latest DataTable updates is especially useful in the following situations:
- Audits - see who created, edited, or deleted a DataTable and when
- Debugging - investigate whether any DataTable updates are the culprit behind a recent test failure

To review DataTables activity in your workspace, visit the activity feed: Settings > Activity feed. Expand the filters and set the Entity type filter to “datatable”:
Tracking start date
The activity feed tracks DataTable events starting February 17, 2026. Any events prior to this date are not included.
Scenario-level detail
Changing the number of scenarios in a DataTable can have a big impact on the number of test executions. For example, if you added 50 scenarios to a DataTable that was currently used in a plan, the plan would execute an additional 50 runs!
To provide better visibility into scenario updates, the activity feed also tracks when scenarios are added or deleted from a DataTable. For example:
- Removed 3 scenarios from the Temporary users datatable
- Added 10 scenarios to the login localization datatable
