As part of our ongoing work to improve Xray results reporting, we're happy to share that you can now publish mabl plan run results to Xray! With this update, you can associate mabl plans with Xray Test Plans and manage results reporting for an entire suite of test runs.
How it works
After setting up the Xray sync integration, you can now associate mabl plans to Xray Test Plans on the new/edit plan page:
To get the complete results for an associated mabl plan in Xray, you'll need to associate both the mabl plan and every test within the mabl plan with a corresponding Xray entity in the same project.
We recommend this two-step association workflow for complete results coverage:
- Associate a mabl plan with an Xray Test Plan
- Associate all mabl tests within the plan with their own Xray Test Case in the same project
After a plan finishes running, click on the sync button on the plan run output page to publish results to Xray.
When you sync mabl plan run output to Xray, the Xray sync integration creates a new Test Execution with a consolidated record of your entire test suite.
