Looking for a mabl test but can't remember it's name? Try our new semantic search functionality! Now available in the mabl app and in the mabl MCP, semantic search for tests uses natural language queries to identify tests based on what the actual steps are doing, such as filling out a form or interacting with a calendar. Enhancements
Run performance tests over mabl Link
We've expanded our support in mabl Link to include performance tests! If technical constraints prevented your team from using mabl's static IP addresses to run performance tests in a private environment, you now have the option to run performance tests over a mabl Link-enabled environment. Learn more.
Add a description to your DataTables
You can now save your DataTables with a description! Use the new description field to capture additional metadata and improve filtering on the DataTables page in the app. Learn more.
Changes
Updates to mabl MCP authentication
API key auth is no longer supported for the mabl MCP. Starting with mabl CLI version 2.74.0, all mabl MCP users must authenticate via the mabl CLI with their mabl user credentials. Learn more.
Updates to the Microsoft Teams integration
Microsoft is ending support for Office 365 Connectors after December 31, 2025. If you have set up the mabl integration for Teams, please migrate your integration to Microsoft’s new Workflows solution to ensure mabl notifications continue to flow into Teams. Learn more.

General
- Fixed an issue with calculating credit allocations on the workspace usage page in the app.
- Fixed an issue with updating column names in DataTables.
- Fixed an underlying data issue with test associations for flows, snippets, DataTables, and file uploads. Learn more.
- Fixed a user-level issue with application filtering that occurred if the sole-selected application in the filter was deleted from the workspace.
- Fixed an issue with persisting Configure Find settings in certain flow steps when merging to master.
- Fixed an issue with updating the Desktop App on Windows.
Test creation
- Fixed an issue with training switch context steps for iframes.
- Fixed an issue with creating and editing assertions that used CSS or XPath.
- Fixed an issue with training MFA steps in mobile tests.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the Configure Find menu from appearing on mobile tap steps.
- Introduced a shorter timeout for mobile apps where page source retrieval takes a long time.
- Fixed an issue with editing custom find steps in quick-edit mode.
- Fixed an issue where MongoDB queries displayed the wrong collection name in the query editor.
Test execution
- Fixed an issue that prevented the accessibility tab from appearing in step-level output logs.
- Fixed an issue with collecting screenshots for tap steps in mobile test runs.
- Fixed a text overlap issue in PDF exports.
