As part of our ongoing efforts to support more agentic testing workflows, we’re happy to share that agentic test authoring is now generally available to all customers. Some of the recent enhancements to the agent include:
- Faster test creation
- More supported step types
- Importing JavaScript snippets
Agentic test authoring is available as part of the Advanced AI add-on. Reach out to your customer success manager if you are interested in trying it out.
Faster test creation
The mabl agent now thinks and plans more efficiently, resulting in significantly faster test creation – up to 2x faster – while still maintaining the highest test quality.
More supported step types
The agent now supports even more step types, eliminating the need for manual intervention for the following interactions:
- Navigating to a new URL
- Hovering over elements
- Interacting with elements in iframes and scrolling within iframes

Importing JavaScript snippets
In addition to importing relevant flows, the mabl agent can now import relevant snippets, too! The agent searches your workspace for snippets and automatically pulls them in if they’re relevant to the test intent. If you want, you can also explicitly prompt the agent to pull in a specific snippet.
