The limit of 30 visual assertion steps per test is available with no new impact on credit consumption. In other words, if a cloud run contains any amount of visual assertions, it will consume an additional 0.5 credits per run. The limit counts steps, not individual checks: a single visual assertion step that verifies several things counts as one.
