Running mabl tests against the Firefox on the Unified Runner is now generally available to all customers and trial users! Compared to Firefox tests executed on the Legacy Runner, tests run on Firefox Unified enjoy the following benefits:

You can test on Firefox Unified in any new or existing plans and ad hoc test runs.
The browser selection menu with the Unified Runner for Firefox
Firefox Unified is the default option for all new plans created after February 15, 2023. For a limited period of time, accounts created before February 15, 2023 may run tests on Firefox Unified or Firefox Legacy.
Legacy Runner Sunset
On October 2, 2023, the Legacy Runner will be formally retired. Click here to learn more about our plan for sunsetting the Legacy Runner.
Migration to Firefox Unified
If you did not opt into the Unified Runner for Firefox Early Access program, existing plans created prior to February 15, 2023 continue to run on the Legacy Runner for Firefox until you move them over to the Unified Runner. During this time, we encourage all existing customers to migrate any plans that run tests on Firefox Legacy Runner to the Firefox Unified Runner.
If you opted into the Unified Runner for Firefox Early Access program, your plans will continue to run on Firefox Unified.
Tests run with Firefox Unified browser will begin counting towards your workspace's monthly run allocation as of February 15, 2023 and on all future billing cycles.
