If you're managing teams in multiple workspaces, you can use the company dashboard to view usage data and allocations across your organization's workspaces. This article explains key concepts for reviewing the company dashboard:
To request access to the company dashboard, contact your mabl customer success manager (CSM). Only mabl CSMs can invite users to the company dashboard.
mabl Core plans only
This article outlines the company dashboard accounts that purchased a mabl Core plan. If your organization purchased a legacy plan (startup, growth, or enterprise), the company dashboard shows charts usage for each account by test type, which may include browser, API, accessibility, and performance.
Accounts
To access the company dashboard, open the workspace dropdown and click on the company dashboard: {name-of-your-company-dashboard} Dashboard .
The landing page of the company dashboard shows your company's mabl accounts. While most companies have one account, some companies have mabl workspaces across multiple billed accounts.

An account can include one or more workspaces. Click on an account to review more details, including contract duration, credit usage, add-ons, and number of users across the workspaces in this account.

Credits
Credits are the unit of measurement for all tests executed in the cloud. The company dashboard shows the consumption of test run credits across workspaces in your account. Use the account usage dropdown to view usage on an annual or monthly basis:
- Annual: test run credits used during the selected calendar year.
- Monthly: test run credits used during the selected calendar month.
Usage measurement
Depending on the type of contract that your company purchased, credits are allocated on an annual or monthly basis. You can find your account's usage measurement and contract duration in the Account users section.

Unused credits at the end of the configured billing period do not roll over to the next period.
Account users
The company dashboard also shows the total number of account users. Similar to the usage page, the company dashboard categorizes users based on their level of test authoring activity:
- Automators: users with at least 30 test authoring activities during a given month.
- Participants: all other users added to your mabl account with 0-29 test authoring activities for the month.
Account users can participate in multiple workspaces, but they are only counted once at the account level. When measuring an account user's overall level of test authoring activity, the following rules apply:
- If a user is an automator in at least one workspace, they are considered an automator at the account level.
- If a user is only a participant in one or more workspaces, they are considered an automator at the account level if the sum of their test authoring activities across all workspaces is at least 30.
- If a user is only a participant in one or more workspaces, they are considered a participant at the account level if the sum of their test authoring activities across all workspaces is less than 30.
Add-ons
If your company purchased add-ons, you can review them in the Account users section. Click View more to view your account's add-on features.
