Mabl Trainer Options

Mabl offers two different platforms for training tests, the Chrome extension and the desktop app. The Chrome extension is the legacy method for creating and editing tests and works in tandem with the mabl web app. Additional information on downloading the Chrome extension can be found here.

The desktop app is the primary method for authoring tests. Unlike the Chrome extension, the desktop app allows you to manage, edit, and create tests in one place. For even faster feedback on test changes, the app allows running tests locally for free both in headful and headless mode. It provides exclusive functionality for creating API tests, as well as training and running tests on emulated mobile devices. Additional information on downloading the desktop app can be found here.
