Filtering your workspace by application
If you and your team are testing multiple applications on multiple environments, you might not always want to see your plans, tests, and results from an application you're not working in at that moment. Or, your workspace may have an application you don't regularly work with, if at all. Within mabl, you have the ability to filter your Dashboard page, Results page, Plans page, and Tests page by a specific, or multiple, applications.
These filters can be toggled on and off and will persist between sessions, even after logging out. Filters are per-user. This means that if one user sets a workspace filter, it will only affect the data they view, and not the data of every member of the workspace. Additionally, your workspace reporting, via Slack or email, will not be filtered when a filter is active.
Location and use
If you have two or more applications in your workspace, you'll see the "Application Filter" in the top right corner of the page. Click this, and you'll see a dropdown that lets you toggle the filter on and off, clear the existing filter, and select individual applications to filter. By default, no applications are filtered. As soon as you click an app, the filter activates and will start only showing data for that app. You can add as many applications as you would like to this filter, just click the name of the ones you'd like to filter.

The location of the filter, showing a single application selected and the filter set to "On".
